West Harris County Municipal Utility District was originally created in 1975. Bordered by Franz Road to the south, Morton Ranch to the north, it currently includes 591 acres in West Harris County. The District covers the residential communities of Williamsburg Colony and Williams Chase as well as adjacent commercial properties. You can also view our district map.
